BEGIN is designed for complete beginners who want to learn the basics of Western calligraphy in a calm and approachable way.

Using a brush pen, you will learn how calligraphy works — from pressure control, stroke rhythm, thick and thin lines, basic letterforms, to simple word writing.

This class also invites you to slow down through mindful strokes and repeated movement. It is a gentle first step into modern Western calligraphy.
