These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ronsaleeatelier.com and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing the Site and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & availability

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Prices, taxes, and payments

Prices are shown in HKD/USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers.

4. Order acceptance & cancellations

An order is not considered accepted until we confirm it and/or dispatch the item(s). If we cannot fulfil an order (e.g., inventory issue), we will notify you and refund the relevant amount.

If you need to cancel a physical product order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be cancellable.

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & refunds (physical products only)

Physical products may be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy.
Workshops, classes, event bookings, services, digital products, and gift cards are final sale unless otherwise stated.

7. Workshops / classes / bookings

  • Class/workshop seats are limited and reserved upon successful payment.

  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, class/workshop purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • If a class is postponed or cancelled by us, we will offer an alternative date or an appropriate remedy (e.g., credit or refund), depending on circumstances.

8. Custom / personalized items & proof approval

Where products are custom, personalized, or made-to-order (including wedding stationery and bespoke calligraphy):

  • These items are typically non-returnable and non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.

  • Where proofs are provided, you are responsible for reviewing them carefully (spelling, dates, details). Once you approve a proof and production begins, changes may not be possible and reprint costs may apply.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (including designs, photographs, videos, text, product names, and artwork) is owned by or licensed to Ronsa Lee Atelier and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

10. User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, to transmit malware, to attempt unauthorized access, or to interfere with the Site’s security or operation.

11. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and products/services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. (If mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your location, those rights remain unaffected.)

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
