Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Ronsa Lee Atelier. We carefully curate and craft our calligraphy tools and stationery, and we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us.
This policy applies to physical products only.
Workshops, classes, digital items, and services are governed by separate terms and are non-refundable.


1. Eligibility for Returns (Physical Products Only)

We accept returns for eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Items must be in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items (including bespoke calligraphy, made-to-order stationery, or customized goods)

  • Workshops, classes, digital products, or gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale at checkout


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include the following:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Approved items must be shipped back within 7 days of confirmation.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the eligible product first and place a new order separately.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@iam-ronsalee.com within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


7. Processing Time

  • Return inspections: 3–7 business days after receipt

  • Refund processing: up to 10 business days after approval


8. Policy Rights

Ronsa Lee Atelier reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
