Write & Unwind 是 Ronsa Lee Atelier 每月舉行的書寫療癒工作坊。

這不是一堂傳統書法班,也不需要任何書法經驗。這是一個讓你透過文字、紙張、墨水、色彩與簡單創作,慢慢安靜下來、整理思緒、重新連結自己的晚上。

每月設有兩個不同主題,內容會圍繞書寫、感官、情緒與意圖而設。你可以按當月主題,選擇最適合自己的場次參加。

七月主題

主題一|色彩情緒書寫

透過色彩、墨水、線條與簡單文字,慢慢觀察自己當下的情緒狀態。

這一晚,我們會由幾個簡單問題開始,例如:最近的自己是甚麼顏色?有甚麼情緒想被看見?有甚麼想慢慢放下?然後透過顏色、筆觸、文字與線條,完成一幅屬於自己的情緒作品。

你不需要懂畫畫,也不需要有書法經驗。重點不是創作一幅「漂亮」的作品,而是讓情緒有一個被放下來的位置。

適合想整理情緒、放慢思緒,或用色彩與文字表達內在狀態的人。


主題二|Journaling Night|願望書寫夜

以木星獅子座的象徵作為靈感,這一晚會透過 journaling、affirmation 與 manifestation quotes,整理你想被自己看見的願望、信念與方向。

我們會由簡單書寫練習開始,例如寫下最近想靠近的狀態、想放低的想法、想提醒自己的說話,再一步步整理成一句屬於自己的 affirmation 或 manifestation quote。

獅子座的能量關於自信、創造力、表達、被看見,以及更勇敢地站在自己的位置。這場書寫夜會讓你透過文字確認自己的意圖,為接下來的階段留下溫柔而有力量的一句話。

你不需要寫得漂亮,也不需要分享私人內容。

適合想整理願望、建立自信,或用文字為自己設定新方向的人。


八月主題

主題一|色彩情緒書寫

透過色彩、墨水、線條與簡單文字,慢慢觀察自己當下的情緒狀態。

我們會由幾個簡單問題開始,例如:你希望未來的自己記得甚麼?你想保留甚麼信念?接下來有甚麼想帶著前行?然後慢慢寫成一封給未來自己的信。

這封信可以是一段承諾、一句 affirmation,或一個寫給未來自己的溫柔提醒。你不需要寫得漂亮,也不需要分享私人內容。

適合想整理方向、設定意圖,或為下一個階段留下文字紀錄的人。


Write & Unwind|Writing Healing Workshop

Write & Unwind is a monthly writing healing workshop by Ronsa Lee Atelier.

This is not a traditional calligraphy class, and no calligraphy experience is needed. It is a quiet evening where you can slow down, organise your thoughts, and reconnect with yourself through words, paper, ink, colour, texture, and simple creative exercises.

Each month features two different themes designed around writing, senses, emotions, and intention. You can choose the session that feels most aligned with you.

July Themes

Theme 1|Colour & Emotion Writing

Theme 2|Journaling Night|Affirmation & Manifestation Writing

Inspired by Jupiter in Leo, this journaling night uses writing, affirmation, and manifestation quotes to help you name the wishes, beliefs, and direction you want to be seen by yourself.

We will begin with simple writing exercises, such as naming the state you want to move towards, writing down thoughts you are ready to release, and noting what you want to remind yourself. These reflections will then be shaped into your own affirmation or manifestation quote.

Leo energy is connected to confidence, creativity, expression, visibility, and the courage to take up space. This session helps you confirm your intention through words and leave with one gentle yet powerful sentence for your next chapter.

You do not need to write beautifully, and you do not need to share anything personal.

Best for anyone who wants to reflect, build confidence, or set a new direction through words.

The letter can become a promise, an affirmation, or a gentle reminder for your future self. You do not need to write beautifully, and you do not need to share anything personal.

Best for anyone who wants to organise direction, set intentions, or leave a written record for the next stage.
