Shipping methods & fees

Shipping fees and available delivery methods are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight.

  • Hong Kong (Local Orders):

    Shipped via SF Express.

  • International Orders:

    Shipped via Hongkong Post e-Express (tracked international service).


Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date the order is dispatched, not the order date.

  • Hong Kong:

    Typically 1–3 business days.

  • International (e-Express):

    Approximately 7–14 business days, depending on destination and local postal handling.

Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections or circumstances beyond our control.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.

Tracking updates may pause after the parcel leaves Hong Kong and resume once it reaches the destination country.


Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.


Address accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping fees may apply.


Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

  • Carrier delays are outside our control. However, we will provide reasonable assistance by supplying tracking information and supporting any necessary carrier enquiries.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item so we can review and assist.

  • If a tracked international parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the carrier’s investigation outcome and applicable policies.


Split shipments

If an order contains multiple items, we may ship items separately (for example, if an item is made-to-order or fulfilled from different inventory).

Tracking details will be provided for each shipment where applicable.
